The following mobile films were selected to be the outstanding Regional Award Winners for each country out of the 11 international partners. Their mobile films also became the finalists for competing the 2nd HKIFMA awards in various categories.

The many expressive faces of a baby are brought to life with dark humour and wit as the film imaginatively explores a different facet of animation.
